Unique and Italian-made, E&B Lab’s Flower V60/Chemex filter was designed to house Chemex and Hario paper filters. The longer petal on the filter is a deliberate feature that grips the paper filter while the shorter petals aid in supporting the paper filter throughout the brewing process. Unlike many other filter holders, the flower design helps prevent changes in the coffee’s temperature while brewing as it has less surface area to absorb heat. Alternate to your liking between V60 filters for a traditional extraction, or thick Chemex filters for an extra clean cup.
