Eureka Mignon Design Overview

The Eureka Mignon Arte is a compact espresso grinder that features limited edition housing designed by Genoese artist Francesco Musante. With a touchscreen display, 55mm flat burrs and stepless micrometric adjustment the Arte not only looks but performs the part of luxury home espresso grinder. Thanks to the Ace system, coffee is fluffy and free of clumps or static, all while grinding quietly thanks to Eureka’s silent system.

Features and Performance

The Mignon Arte offers a solid kit, starting with its 55mm flat hardened steel burrs. With the ACE system coffee clumping and static is eliminated for fluffy doses of coffee, and it’s nearly silent all the while. With its 260 watt motor spinning at 1350 RPM, coffee is dispensed at up to 1.8 grams per second when set for espresso and up to 2.5 grams per second depending on the grind.

Two doses are available, as well as continuous manual grinding. Selections and adjustments are made using the light-up touchscreen display which makes managing your settings quick and natural. For convenience, the portafilter fork is adjustable and allows for hands-free operation.
